Marathon and Half Marathon. Point to point race from Bennington College through East Arlington and finishes in beautiful Manchester , Vermont.
About this Event
The Marathon race begins at Bennington College, a small private liberal arts school, heads through the small town of North Bennington before entering into the back roads of Shaftsbury. The half-way point and Start of the Half Marathon is at the Federated Church in East Arlington, and heads toward the Chiselville Covered Bridge and onto Sunderland Hill Road with spectacular views of mountains and meadows while protected by a canopy of trees. The course takes you through Manchester's back roads before emerging onto downtown Manchester. The course concludes with a run through the downtown area of Manchester and on to Hunter Park finishing at Riley Rink with plenty of amenities including showers for all participants.

The Marathon Start is located at Bennington College, Bennington, VT and finishes at Riley Rink in Hunter Park, Manchester, VT, The Half Marathon Start is located at The Federated Church in East Arlington, Vermont and finishes at Riley Rink in Hunter Park, Manchester, VT.
Aid Stations:
Water will be available Miles 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25. Sport Drinks will be offered beginning at mile 5 with gels/GU available at mile 13.5 and 21.3

Registration and Packet Pickup
Packet pick up will be on Saturday May 19th from 5-7 PM at the Federated Church in East Arlington and on Sunday Morning at Bennington College (Marathon Start Location ) for the marathon and at the Federated Church (Half Marathon Start Location) for the Half Marathon.

Parking
Parking for the Full is available at Bennington college, Federated Church, and at Hunter Park. Shuttle for the Full leave at 6:30am from Riley Rink at Hunter Park (Finish line).

Overall Full Finishing Male and Female, 11:30 a.m. 1st place awards to top Male and Female finishers and eight age groups (16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+).
