Please join us on Saturday July 21, 2018 at 10:00am for the Westfield Golden Hawks 5K Run and 1 Mile Kids Fun Walk in historic Westfield, NY. The event is being organized by the Westfield Golden Hawks and proceeds from the event will be used to help fund their Midget football and cheerleading program!
Historic Westfield, NY is located in the heart of Lake Erie Wine Country. The 5K takes you past grape vines and has a spectacular view of Lake Erie. The village of Westfield is home to many antique shops, restaurants, bakeries and surrounded by numerous wineries. Stay and check out some of our sponsors after the race.
START/FINISH
The race will start and finish at Welch Field with the official start time set for 10:00am. Runners and walkers are both welcome and this is a stroller friendly event.

REGISTRATION & PACKET PICKUP
Online registration will remain open right up until the start of the race. Race day registration and packet pickup will take place at Welch Field from 9:00 am right up until the start of the race at 10:00 am. Optional technical running shirts (ADULTS) and cotton t-shirts (YOUTH) can be purchased for an additional $10 at checkout when you sign up for either the 1 Mile Walk or 5K Run (must be ordered by 7/13/18).

If you prefer to mail in your registration, please download both the race waiver and appropriate USATF liability waiver below and mail to the address shown. You must complete and mail BOTH waivers to event organizers to the address shown on the waiver along with your check.

VIRTUAL RACE REGISTRATION
If you can't make the race, but still want to support the Golden Hawks Midget Football & Cheerleading program, consider participating as a virtual runner. Signup online and race organizers will mail you an official race bib and t-shirt. You can run a 5k in your hometown at your own pace and on your own time!
POST RACE CELEBRATION
Join us after the race for a post race celebration including refreshments, grilled hot dogs, basket auction, music, and the awards ceremony!
AGE GROUPS & AWARDS
Trophies will be awarded to the 1st place overall male and female 5K finishers and medals will be presented to the top 3 male and female 5K runners in each of the following age groups:
10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and older.

TIMING & FINISH LINE SERVICES
Gun start/chip finish timing services using industry leading Jaguar Electronic RFID timing will be provided by Race Management Solutions. Results are updated throughout the race in real time and can be accessed at any time after crossing the finish line using any one of the following options:
