THE BADLANDS GRAVEL BATTLE GRINDS ACROSS 120 MILES, AND ROLLS OVER 8000 FEET OF ELEVATION GAIN ON THE FAST AND RUGGED RED SCORIA ROADS THAT CROSSHATCH THE BADLANDS OF WESTERN NORTH DAKOTA.
All of the same gorgeous North Dakota scenery you see on the Maah Daah Hey trail, but with the freedom of wide, open, red scoria gravel roads. Put this gravel grinder on the bucket list!

9am-5pm Joe Stiller’s Badlands Kokopelli Packraft Demo & Bikepacking Expo… meet at Chimney Park, Medora, ND.
6pm – 8pm Packet Pickup at the Medora Information Center with pre race social at Theodore’s(one block down)!

Sunday
6:00am The FARMHOUSE Cafe opens for racers with breakfast foods for sale (314 Pacific Ave. Medora, ND 58645)
6:30 – 7am Racers’ Check In at the FAMILY FUN CENTER. If you bring a friend who wants to race they have until 7am to do race-day registration.
6:30 – 7:30 Drop off your Aid Station Drop Bags at the FAMILY FUN CENTER.
7:15 sharp Pre Race Meeting at the FAMILY FUN CENTER
7:45 sharp Racers line up in front of the Cowboy Hall of Fame (250 Main St, Medora, ND 58645)
7:50 sharp National Anthem, moment of silence in honor of Memorial Day, and a rousing Pep Talk
7:59 sharp Neutral Roll Out through the Theodore Roosevelt National Park at approximately 10mph.
11:11amAll 120 mile participants must be past Aid Station #1
11:00am Food and drinks at finish line begins
12:00pm Aid Station #1 closes
1:45pm Aid Station #2 closes
3:33pm Aid Station #3 closes
3:33pm All 75 mile riders should be passed Aid Station #4
5pm Awards Ceremony at finish line
5:55pm Aid Station #4 closes
8pm Finish Line SHUTS DOWN
