Date: Sunday, November 3, 2019 Race Distance: 5K Entry Fee: $15
Race Schedule: 1:35 pm- Women’s /Masters Open 5K
1:35 pm- Men’s Open/Masters-5K
Course: 2 loops of the traditional 2.5K course. Awards/Presentation: Top 3 overall Open and Masters Women and Men finishers overall awarded medals for 1st place, 2nd place, 3rd place. Top scoring Male and Female team receive a $25 prize.
Registration: $15 (on-time/late registration fee). Masters race must be 40 or older to race in master’s division. Open division must be 18 or older. USATF and non-USATF members can register for meet.
Teams: Each team must have at least five finishers to score. Teams will be scored on a 5-2 basis, with the sixth and seventh place finishers of each team displacing other teams.

Check-in: Athletes must check-in and pick-up their race numbers. Race numbers must be worn during competition.
Packet Pickup: Available starting on race day starting at 12:30 pm.
Directions to Notoway Park: From the Capital Beltway (I-495), take I-66 west. Exit on Nutley St. north. Turn left on Courthouse Road, and the park entrance will be on your left.
