The event will feature a free fitness festival including a variety of mini-exercise sessions appealing to a wide range of fitness levels, alongside a 5K Family Run/Walk and Kids Run to encourage people of all ages to lead a more active lifestyle.

The event will feature a free fitness festival including a variety of mini-exercise sessions appealing to a wide range of fitness levels, alongside a 5K Family Run/Walk and Kids Run to encourage people of all ages to lead a more active lifestyle. You are invited to come listen to speakers covering important wellness topics for everyday living, participate in interactive heath and fitness sessions for both adults and children, and get recipes for healthy meals that the entire family can enjoy! Healthy food vendors and a farmers market will offer nutritious food and drinks for purchase throughout the day!
5K RACE: The 5K course begins on the corner of Portage Road and Center Street. Runners will start out going south on Portage Road, turn onto Cayuga Street to South 9th Street, then take Center Street down to North 5th Street to Mohawk Street, then to North 3rd Street, (passing the Red Brick Schoolhouse on Oneida) to 4th Street and all the way down 4th Street to Tuscarora Street, up South 7th Street to Cayuga (while passing the new ChrisFit location), and turning onto South 8th Street before taking the last leg of the race up “Heartbreak Hill” on Seneca Street then finishing on Portage in front of Academy Park. The Kids Run will take place within Academy park for children of all ages and abilities.
Both the 5K Run and Kids race will feature Jaguar Chip Timing by Race Management Solutions, Inc.
