The 2nd Annual Joggin’ for Frogmen 5k Run/Walk will be held on Sunday, July 28, 2013, at San Diego State University Campus. The date of this run is one week before the 2nd anniversary of the August 6, 2011 helicopter crash in Afghanistan, which killed 31 of our US Special Operators. Participants of the Joggin’ for Frogmen 5k will jog in honor of these 31 Heroes and all other fallen Special Operators and military Heroes.
We are proud to announce that the 2013 San Diego Joggin’ for Frogmen 5k will benefit the Navy SEAL Foundation and the 31 Heroes Project. In 2012, the Navy SEAL Foundation and the 31 Heroes Project formed a partnership called “One Team One Fight”, raising money for both the Naval Special Warfare community and The 31Heroes Project mission of supporting surviving families of all fallen military heroes.
