Are you unable to attend the full conference due to a scheduling conflict? You are now able to register for single days. You can choose Sunday only, Monday only, Tuesday only, or any 2-day combination of your choice! Just select the day (or days) you can attend when you register. Lunch is included.
(NOTE: There is NO SWAG or TOOLKIT included for single day registrations)

FULL CONFERENCE COST (ALL 3 DAYS):
- Early Bird: $279.00 per person -- through October 31, 2023
- Regular: $329.00 per person -- through December 15, 2023
- Late: $379.00 per person -- after December 15, 2023 -- no swag guarantee
SINGLE DAY CONFERENCE COST (NO Swag or Toolkit Included):
- Early Bird: $119.00 per person -- through October 31, 2023
- Regular: $139.00 per person -- through December 11, 2023

CONFERENCE CHECK-IN:
- 5:00pm - 6:30pm Saturday, January 13, 2024

NOTE:
If you are staying at The Drury Plaza Hotel St. Louis Chesterfield, there is a complimentary happy hour each evening with food and drinks provided by the hotel from 5:30pm - 7:00pm. On Saturday evening, be sure to come and hang out with some of the Jaguar staff from 5:30pm to 7:00pm in the hotel reception area.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS: (hotel stay is not included in your conference registration)
Please note that although our hotel room block at the Drury Inn Chesterfield, MO has expired, there may still be rooms available at the current market rate. If so, we recommend that you stay on-site to make the most of your conference experience. Hotel amenities include:
- Complimentary Hot Breakfast is included with your hotel stay (6:00 - 9:30am on weekdays, 7:00 - 10:00am on weekends)
- Complimentary drinks and snacks each evening from 5:30 - 7:00pm for hotel guests
- Complimentary WI-FI throughout the hotel
- Fitness center, pool, and business center
Hotel reservations can be made online by going to www.druryhotels.com, selecting "BOOK NOW". Reservations may also be made by calling the hotel directly at 1-800-325-0720.
Individual reservations must be cancelled prior to 12:00pm on the day before the reservation's confirmed date of arrival in order to avoid a non-refundable fee equal to one night's room rate plus tax. Hotel requires a valid payment card and photo ID to be presented at check in. Check In Time: 3:00pm. Check Out Time: 11:00am. Arrangements may be requested for baggage storage with the Hotel's front desk staff.
