St. Mary's Chowder Chase

Please join us on Friday July 22, 2016 at 7:00pm for the Annual St. Mary's Chowder Chase in Swormville, NY. This great annual event coincides with the beer social and features a 5K run and 3K walk through the neighborhood. Walkers will not be timed and the first 250 participants will receive a Chowder Chase t-shirt along with a voucher for a free beverage of your choice (beer, wine, pop) following the race. Post race snacks will also be provided and food trucks will be on hand for the event. Plan to stick around and enjoy the festivities, beer tent, live entertainment featuring Hit N Run, and more! Runners will also receive a voucher for a bowl of our famous homemade kettle-cooked chowder.

REGISTRATION & PACKET PICKUP
Online registration will remain open right up until the start of the race. Race day registration and packet pickup will take place inside the church hall from 5:30pm right up until the start of the race at 7:00pm.

POST RACE CELEBRATION

Join us after the race for a post race celebration including food, snacks, refreshments, music by Hit N Run, food trucks will be on hand and of course the awards ceremony!

PARKING
There will be plenty of free parking in the church parking lot and surrounding side streets.

AGE GROUPS & AWARDS
Awards will be presented to the 1st place overall male and female finishers along with the top male and female 5K runner in each of the following age groups:

14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29. 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65 and older.

TIMING & FINISH LINE SERVICES
Gun start/chip finish timing services using industry leading Jaguar Electronic RFID timing will be provided by Race Management Solutions. Results are updated throughout the race in real time and can be accessed at any time after crossing the finish line using any one of the following options:
