Half Marathon, 10k, 5k, and 1k running event held at beautiful Beeds Lake State Park
Half marathon/ 10K/ 5K/ 1K held at Beautiful Beeds Lake State Park in Hampton Iowa
Friends of Beeds Lake are hosting a 1K Tadpole Trot, 5K walk/run, 10K run and 1/2 marathon Restoration Run! August 23rd at Beeds Lake State Park, Hampton, Iowa. The 1/2 marathon will start at 7:30. The 5K walk/run and 10K will start at 8:30 and the 1K Tadpole Trot at about 9:30. All run/walk participants will receive a shirt, FREE BREAKFAST and water bottle. Entry fees are $20 for the 5K and 10K, $35 for the 1/2 marathon. The Tadpole Trot is free again this year! Onsite registration will be August 22nd from 4-7 PM (with free pasta feed for registered runners and walkers) and race day 6:30-7:30 AM at Beeds Lake State Park. Add $5 for race day registration. Half marathoners please register and be on the buss by 7:00! Trophies will be awarded to the top male and female finishers and medals to the top three in each age category for the 5K, 10K and Half Marathon. All half finishers will receive a medal. Top male and female finishers receive free registration for 2015!

Race Info
- WALKERS are encouraged
- 5K course is flat and scenic.
- 10K course has a hill.
- 1/2 Starts in Coulter and includes parts of the Rolling Prairie Rail Trail. There are some gentle inclines along the route.
- Water and gatorade will be handed out on all three courses.
- Porta Pottie near 4.5 and 9.5 mile marks
