Get your hats on & get ready for a Fun 5K that will make a HUGE Impact against Hunger!
The 1st Annual Hats on 4 Hunger
The “Hats On 4 Hunger 5k”
will kick off the weekend Kidspack program which provides food for
children that otherwise wouldn’t know where their next meal will come
from when a student is out of school. In Lake County we have over 2,700
homeless children and 1 out of 4 do not know where their next meal will
come from. By becoming an participant you will help ensure that no child
is hungry when they are out of school.
This is a themed race.
Wear you favorite hat while you run. There will be special awards for
most creative hat, biggest hat, etc....
Kids under 9 get to run for free if accompanied by paying adult!
