This is our Tenth annual 5K-den in memory of Kaden Keller who was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia at age 7 in 2009 and who passed away on 9/9/2014. All 5K-den proceeds will benefit the following children and their families to help with medical and travel expenses:
William Henson, 3 yrs. old;Hemiplegia Cerebral Palsy
Willa O’Connor, 8 months old; Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy (HCI)
Stella Craig, 7 yrs. old; SNCN8A genetic mutation; Epilepsy

1 mile Fun Run: $20 (T-shirt included; no chip timing)

Instructions for Virtual 5K!
Step 1: Register on the register now tab, share it on you favorite social media and encourage your friends to join you!
Step 2: Between September 2 and September 9th until 10am, Run or walk a 5K(3.1miles) and time yourself.
You can use free tracking apps like It’s Your Race Virtual app,Map my run, Nike or Runtastic
Step 3: Log back onto the 5K-Den event page under results to "Update your time". You're finished!
The email you use when signing up will ensure that only you can update your time and the results will be shown on September 9th at 12pm. Once the cutoff time has been reached for people to finish their runs, new times will stop being accepted and results will become "Official".
