5K Run Age Dvisions
Age divisions for males & females are:
9 and Under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 and over. Wheelchair Racing – overall men’s and women’s.
5K Run Awards
Awards are given to the overall male and female participants, and the top three runners in each age division. Awards will be presented at the awards ceremony at approx. 7:30 p.m.
5K Walk
The 5K Walk starts with and follows the 5K Run course. Any walkers wishing to be timed must join the 5K Run to receive an electronic bib.

The race starts at 6:30 at the North Muskegon Football Field. The race will proceed through North Muskegon neighborhoods and end on Ruddiman in front of the High School.

Entry Fees and Deadlines
Registration entries must be postmarked by Aug 5th and be accompanied by a non-refundable entry fee of $25 for the 5k Run and $20 for the 5k Walk. Participant may also late register Aug 7th from 5:00-6:00 p.m. during the pre-race check in for $27 for the 5k Run and $20 for the 5k Walk. Registered participants will receive a commemorative T-Shirt and post-race refreshments. Registration fee is $13 w/out a shirt. Late registration is $15 w/out a shirt.
