Join the 5th Annual GingerSnap 5K through historic Waxhaw, NC!
The GingerSnap 5K is a unique race that takes you through the downtown streets of Historic Waxhaw. The course places you in the heart of the antique district and takes you down tree lined streets at a beautiful time of year.
The GingerSnap 5K includes a 5K Race open to all runners and a Girls on the Run 5K Fun Run.
The GingerSnap 5K a professionally timed race and is part of the Town of Waxhaw's "12 Days of Christmas" - a celebration of the season leading up to Christmas Day.
Race Shirts: Register by November 14th and you will receive a long-sleeve race t-shirt.

The GingerSnap 5K will benefit "Girls on the Run", a non-profit organization which combines training for a 5K running event with healthy living education for girls in grades 3-8. The program instills self-esteem through health education, life skills development, mentoring relationships, and physical training - all of which are accomplished through an active collaboration between girls and their parents, schools, volunteers, staff, and community.
