Cancelled for 2018
After a wonderful ten year run, the annual Amy Hafer Race for Cancer Awareness will not happen this year. Instead, the Wallowa Valley Health Care Foundation will join with Miles for Mammograms, the cancer walk sponsored by Chief Joseph Days Tough Enough to Wear Pink committee. This fun walk will be Thursday, July 26, at 9:00 am. The walk begins and ends at the Harley Tucker Memorial Arena one block west of Main Street in Joseph. Money raised goes to the same place: to help local low-income women receive free mammograms. For more information, call the Foundation at 541.426.1913.
