Please join us on Saturday July 16, 2016 for the Run For Life 5k Run/Walk. The race benefits organizations in WNY who help women choose life for their unborn child. This year all registration monies will be donated to the Southtowns Care Center. This is the fourth year for the event and we've been able to raise thousands of dollars through registrations and sponsorships.
The event features a USATF sanctioned and certified 3.1 mile route on which we welcome both runners and walkers. Strollers are permitted. Families are welcome and encouraged to join in this fun event!

START/FINISH
The race will start and finish in front of Life Church in West Seneca and utilizes USATF certified course #NY11037JG. Water will be available at the start, mile marker 2, and at the finish line. Volunteers will be placed on the course to call out split times.

REGISTRATION & PACKET PICKUP
Online registration will remain open right up until the start of the race. Race day registration and packet pickup will take place at the church from 7:30am right up until the start of the race at 9:00am.

POST RACE CELEBRATION
Join us after the race for the post race celebration and awards ceremony. Hot dogs and refreshments will be served (runners only please) and awards will be presented once all runners have completed the race.
PARKING
There will be plenty of free parking within walking distance of the start/finish line.
AGE GROUPS & AWARDS
5K running awards will be presented to the 1st place overall male and female finishers along with the top male and female 5K runner in each of the following age groups:
14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and older.

TIMING & FINISH LINE SERVICES
Gun start/chip finish timing services using industry leading Jaguar Electronic RFID timing will be provided by Race Management Solutions. Results are updated throughout the race in real time and can be accessed at any time after crossing the finish line using any one of the following options:
