5th Annual Redbird 5k Color Run
We are back on Bigger & Better!!!!

Why: In Honor of Karson Cross
Karson Cross was a Cornerstone Cardinal who graduated from the 8th grade in June 2016. He passed away shortly after graduation. He was a very well respected young man. He excelled in his school work as well as he did in sports. He play basketball and baseball for Cornerstone. Karson received several awards for academics, like the Presidents award as well as athletic awards, like the sportsmanship award for baseball. Karson was someone that you could not help but love and no matter how you were feeling he always put you in a good mood. Karson will truly be missed by all his family and friends.
This years Redbird 5k is a Color Run in Honor of Karson Cross.

We will start the morning by getting our
BLING ON. On your Mark, Get Wet, then showered with bold colors of powered neon stuff.
Registration includes Tech T-Shirt and great refreshments.

Finish Line Timing Piedmont Race Series sponsored by DICK'S Sporting Goods.
Great award prizes courtesy of DICK'S for Top 3 Overall Male & Female Winners and Top 3 Male & Female Age Groups 14-Under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69 and 70+.
Early packet pickup will be held at Cornerstone Charter Academy, 7800 Airport Center Drive, Greensboro from 3-6 pm Friday, October 28th. Race Day packet pickup and registration will OPEN at 12:30 pm and CLOSE at 1:30 pm.
Plan on staying with us after the race for the Red Bird Festival. DJ, Food Trucks, Pumpkin Painting, Games, Face Painting, Inflatables and just a Ton of Fun.
