Heritage Splash & Dash

About the Race
Dubuque’s first Splash & Dash will take place on the Heritage Trail which is managed by Dubuque County Conservation Board. The scenic course will start with a dip in Heritage Pond then a run along the flat limestone Heritage Trail. The race will start and end at the Heritage Trail parking lot. The Heritage Trail once was a bustling railroad that traveled through old mining and mill towns.
All proceeds from the run will benefit the Friends of Dubuque County Conservation who help support Dubuque County parks and environmental education!

*Entry Fees are non-refundable Sorry, NO exceptions. However bib transfers are allowed.
*Athletes are able to do the race as an individual, or in 2 person team.
Start time: 9:00 am
Medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places
Rules
Timing chips will be used if registered participant number is sufficient enough to do so.
No outside assistance allowed during the race

Run length ..........................................3.1 miles
Event Cancellation
The swim portion of the race will be cancelled due to inclement weather (i.e. heavy rain, lightning) or unsafe water conditions. Please check the Heritage Trail Dubuque Facebook page on race day for updates if you suspect delays or cancellation.
