Lew-Port 5K Glow Run

The Class of 2020 presents the 3rd Annual Lewiston-Porter 5K Glow Run! Please join us on Saturday Night October 12, 2018 at 6:30pm. The race will take place in beautiful Youngstown, New York winding its way through the Lewiston-Porter District Campus. The measured 5K course will start on the track at Blakeslee Field where participants will be accessorized with glow sticks, provided by the Class of 2020. Participants will run/walk the distance of the Lewiston-Porter Campus to the District Office and return to Blakeslee Field for music and an awards ceremony.

All runners will be provided with glow sticks for the race! High energy music and laser lights at the finish line will help everyone celebrate! Participants can dance, eat, and socialize while enjoying our spectacular night time finish line! Light food and refreshment will be provided to all runners after the race and the LP concession stand will be open for family and friends. Proceeds from this event go directly to the Class of 2020! Thank you for your continued support!

The Beatty family and Race Management Solutions will be donating 100% of the proceeds from the race to the Class of 2020!

START/FINISH
The 5K race will start and finish on the track at the Blakeslee Stadium at the Lewiston-Porter Senior High. Start time is set for 6:45pm after the sun goes down and volunteers will be positioned throughout the course to keep runners on track!

REGISTRATION & PACKET PICKUP
Online registration will remain open right up until the start of the race and packet pickup will take place at the Blakeslee Field from 5:00 pm until 6:45 pm.

Adult 5K Registration Fee

$15/$20 after 10/9/19

PRE & POST RACE CELEBRATION
Join us before the race at Blakeslee Field for music, concessions, and a variety of kid friendly activities and after the race for the post race celebration and awards ceremony! RMS will provide high energy music laser light show at the finish line so everyone can dance, eat, socialize, and have fun! Snacks and refreshments will be provided to all paid participants and the concession stand will be open for all to enjoy.

PARKING
Parking is only available at the Lewiston-Porter High School gymnasium/stadium lot. Please enter campus via Darryl Johnston Drive located at the south end of campus. All other entrances to the campus will be blocked so there will be no traffic on the course during the race.

AGE GROUPS & AWARDS
Awards will be presented to the 1st place overall male and female 5K finishers and special recognition will be given to the top male & female student runners in each of the following groups:

Lew-Port Students Age Groups: Custom finisher certificates & photos available online!

Intermediate (Grades 3-5)
Middle School (Grades 6-8)
Freshmen, Sophomore, Junior, and Senior

Adult Age Groups: Custom finisher certificates & photos available!

18 and under, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and older.

TIMING & FINISH LINE SERVICES
The race will feature a gun start and chip finish. Timing and finish line services using industry leading Jaguar Electronic RFID timing will be provided by Race Management Solutions. Results will be updated throughout the race in real time and can be accessed at any time after crossing the finish line using any one of the following options:
