Andrew Weathers Memorial Foundation: On October 17, 2014 we, his family, buried Andrew Weathers in Arlington National Cemetery. We realized then the Army had nothing in place to bring us back. That day laid the groundwork for the Andrew Weathers Memorial Foundation. Our mission is to honor families of fallen soldiers by providing trips to Arlington National Cemetery and our purpose is to raise awareness and meet the needs of Special Forces Soldiers and their families.
Andrew was assigned to 7th Special Forces Group and gave his life in defense of his nation on Sept 30th, 2014 in Afghanistan.
