Come out and run with your Love, for your Love, or in memory of your Love!
We will be running along the beautiful San Diego Bay through Seaport Village in the quiet of the rising sun! Join us on July 15th to join us for this empowering event. Our professional race is a chip timed 5k event followed by a kids 1k run. All ages and abilities are welcome to run, jog, or walk. All finishers receive a medal. Our course is flat with the bay view beside you. Winners in every age category will receive a pair of fun running socks. Join us!

Every Soaring Spirits program is designed to connect widowed people with each other. Exploring our site will introduce you to the variety of support opportunities available. We are always happy to answer any questions you may have, or provide additional information about any of our programs.
Soaring Spirits is an inclusive, non-denominational organization focused on hope and healing through the grieving process. We are positive, and forward thinking, while focusing on offering our members the tools and resources they need to rebuild their lives in the aftermath of the death of a spouse or life partner.
We believe that access to hope changes lives; we can prove that hope matters.
