Yields: 12 bars


2 cups quick oats

2 scoops vanilla protein powder

2 Tbsp ground flax

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp chia seeds

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 cup nut butter of choice

1/3 cup honey

1/2 cup milk of choice

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Additional add-ins: dried fruit (raisins) or chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350F. 

Spray an 8x8 inch baking pan with cooking spray.In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, protein powder, flax, cinnamon, chia seeds and salt. Set aside.

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine nut butter, honey, milk, and vanilla. Mix until fully combined. Pour wet mix over dry mix in the large bowl and combine together. Mix in chocolate chips.

Pour into prepared baking pan. Spread the mixture evenly in the pan, pressing down firmly. 

Bake for 18-20 minutes, until edges begin to turn golden brown.

Remove from oven and let cool in pan for 20 minutes before cutting into bars.
