I assume most of you knew this was coming. Since this falls inside the 6 week window of school closures, with all the uncertainty right now, and because most of the businesses that make our stuff for the event are closed indefinitely, we are going to cancel and just put everything aside to be ready for April 2021.
Coopsters- I'll send out an email in early fall seeing who is in for 2021. The Self Blue D'Uccle will be moved to our 2021 theme.
We might entertain doing an informal Gallus Gallus 2 Mile Dash in the fall to help fundraise for Tour de Coop 2021.

I hope you are well and taking advantage of the positives of a situation like this one. I keep reminding myself that as quick as this all came on, it is possible that things can get back to normal just as quick. And more importantly Great Things Always Come Out of These Types of Situations.

This running event is a fundraiser for and to kick off the
Tour de Coop Tri-Cities which showcases different chicken coops in the area with the goal of educating others on what it takes to have chickens as well as encouraging more active, self-sufficient, and environmentally aware lifestyles.
WHEN: Saturday April 18th, 2020
TIME: 8 AM
WHERE: Queensgate Gardens, 1040 Queensgate Drive, Richland WA 99352.
PARKING- There is limited parking at Ethos Bakery and Queensgate Gardens, but Queensgate Village has plenty of extra parking. BATHROOMS- Ethos Bakery and Queensgate Gardens will have bathroom options.
ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE A 10% DISCOUNT AT ETHOS WITH BIB#
COURSE: 2 Mile Flat and Fast Road Race
PACKET PICKUP: Pick up your bib starting at 7:15 AM the day of the race
GEAR: Weather can be unpredictable this time of year so come prepared and ready for rain/sun/wind/or snow
COST: $15 if pre-registered – online registration closes Thursday April 16th at 8 PM. $20 day of race registration which opens at 7 AM.
MERCHANDISE: Tri Blend Cozy Shirts are available for $20. They can be ordered with Pre-Registration until Wednesday April 1st. Limited quantities will be available for day of race purchase.
Runners of the Sage Glasses will be available for purchase for $5.
Assorted Runners of the Sage T-shirts will be available for $15.
All proceeds go towards continuing and bettering these events! Thank you!
AWARDS: Each finisher receives a custom Easter Egg medal.
Overall Top 3 Male and Female will receive a custom award and gift certificates to Kagens Coffee and Crepes.
