FOAM 5K on the 4th of July
Celebrate the 4th of July in Arlington this year with a Red, White and Blue Foam 5K. Show off your patriotic spirit by getting tie dyed with us.
Packet Pickup and Day of Registration at Haller Park, starting at 8:00am on July 4th
Starting at Haller Park, runners will head down Eagle Trail running parallel to the river, passing through 2 foam stations with DJ music blasting, right on Dike Rd and back again through the foam stations again and finishing in wall of foam at the end. Red, White and Blue Foam stations + music =awesome!
Paid registrants get a tank top, AND a pair of sunglasses AND a access to the beer garden for a free post race craft beer(21 and older)
Due to the foam, we are unable to record times for this run.
Following the race will be snacks, drinks, music, prizes, and FOAM DANCE PARTY!
