Go the (Social) Distance!
Free Virtual Bike Race**For the first 150 registrants
Compass Health Network is excited to offer this fun event free of charge as a show of community support as we go the distance in these difficult times together.
Virtual races are super fun & easy:
Step 1: Register on the register now tab, share it on you favorite social media and encourage your friends to join you!
Step 2: Between July 13th and July 18th, Ride either 5 miles or 10miles and time yourself.
You can use free tracking apps like Map my ride, Nike or Runtastic.
Step 3: Log back onto the Go the Social distance event page, find your name under results to "Update your time". You're finished! The update your time button is to the far right of your name.
The email you use when signing up will ensure that only you can update your time and the times and results will update as soon as you enter yours!  Once the cutoff time has been reached for people to finish their runs, new times will stop being accepted and results will become "Official".
Once registered you will be listed on the results page with a field where you can enter your time manually.
On July 19th we will announce the overall winners for each race and you can download your finisher certificate. Also a prize for a random finisher!
