BAZAAR 5K and .5K
For decades, the St. John Annual Bazaar has taken place on the third weekend of September. The purpose of this Bazaar is to financially support the mission of our church, ministry to the people of Ennis. Our church depends on this Bazaar every year to financially fund our missionary work.
As a part of our Bazaar weekend are bringing back our Second Annual BAZAAR 5K and .5k fun run to get members of our community involved and help support the work and mission of our parish. 100% of the proceeds will go to our church and support the missionary work that we do this year.
The POINT 5 K (half of a kilometer aka 500 meters) serves two purposes: 1) a SPRINT type race for the kiddos to move in a fun and quick run (around 2-3 minutes). 2) Those adult-type who are more interested in donuts and supporting the runners than actually running yourself! The .5K course is designed for you to be placed on the course to cheer and support the runners while you enjoy yourself!
This is a fast course for you 5K runners looking for a personal record, a few turns, long straights to find your stride, and little elevation!

Cost: $25 till 8/28, $30 from 8/29 till 9/11, $35 9/12 to Race Day.
Awards: Male/Female 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50 and up.
