Haute’s Heroes for CASY
Grab your running shoes and suit up to run a virtual 5K for Chances and Services for Youth! Become one of Terre Haute’s heroes and raise funds that filter right back into the Terre Haute community to provide opportunities for children from cradle to college.
How it works:
Between 9:00am on November 14th and 9:00pm November 15th, all registered participants will have a chance to run a 5k anywhere and anytime they want, all the while supporting CASY and the children of Terre Haute.
Packet Pickup:
Do you want to pickup your race gear before race day? Come to our social-distanced packet pickup, or you can have your materials shipped to you for a $5 shipping fee!
Opening Ceremony:
We will be holding an opening ceremony to kick off your race via a live video on the Facebook event page! Be sure to tune in and join us before you begin your run for a proper race day send off as you prepare to embark on your 5k for CASY!
Registration:
Registration is $25.00 and includes a race packet full of awesome race gear!
*You must register by November 7th to receive a race packet.*
Not a runner but still want to help out? We’re not keeping track of times, so feel free to do a run/walk or complete it in whatever time works for you! Compete with friends, family members, or simply race against your own personal record, however you choose to run, we can't wait to hear about your experience on our Facebook page!
All proceeds from the race will go towards Chances and Services for Youth (CASY). By providing services and investing in our local community, CASY has a unique opportunity to identify and respond to the needs of clients, partnering organizations and the communities they serve.
