The Mountains to Sea Trail 100 Endurance Run is designed for speed and agility.
All distances will travel the same out-and-back course heading west from headquarters. The 50 & 100 mile courses will include an additional out-and-back heading east, with turnarounds corresponding to each total distance. Along the scenic course, runners will experience beautiful views of Falls Lake, crossing several bridges and often running right beside the lake.
