-All event parking is free.
-Shuttles will be provided from City Hall. Participants and spectators will be able to walk from PVIC and Salvation Army.
-Shuttles will run from 5:00 AM-6:30 AM.
-Participants need to arrive by 6:00 AM to allow ample time to park.
-Staff and volunteers will be on site to direct vehicles.
-Absolutely no event parking on residential streets or Golden Cove Shopping Center.
