The Rio Grande Pool will be the host site for the event for the 3rd year in a row. This USAT Retro Series season opener is a BEGINNER, FAMILY AND YOUTH friendly race with a fun but challenging course.
Course:
RUN • 3.1 mile Flat and fast out and back course • Out on the right and back on the left.
BIKE • 10.22 mile (2-loop crit style) Course is NOT CLOSED • Riders must obey rules of the road.
SWIM • 400 yds There
are 8 lanes total in the pool. In order to complete the 400 yd swim,
each participant will have to swim one length up the pool and back in
the same lane. So ... a total of 2 lengths per lane, for a total of 16
lengths in a 8 lane pool.
Divisions: Age Group • Clydesdale / Athena • Team – COED - 2 or 3 person team • Para-Triathlete
