Part of the Wisconsin Trail Assail Series.
Eight races over five months with a series ending championship. The races are held in Waukesha County and Wisconsin State Parks. All the races have 5K & 10K distances and four of the events have 1/2 marathon distances. Run/walk some or all of the races.
Registration for the series includes a FREE entry into the Last Call 5K & 1/2 Marathon December 5, 2015.
Course Description
The start is a traditional cross country start with the entire field toeing the line. At the gun, runners cross an open field before heading out on the trail system. The trails are wide and are groomed year round. At the finish, runners leave the trail for the last open field sprint to the finish line. The 5K is one loop and the 10K is two loops.
We have added a 5K walk division which will follow the same course as the run.
Help Support the Troops
We have partnered with Support The Troops to help provide care packages for our troops serving overseas. At registration, Support the Troops will have donation bins accepting your donated items. For every item you bring, we will provide a raffle ticket. At the end of the race, we will be raffleing off a bunch of SWAG, shirts and free entries to Silver Circle Sports Events. Parking
Parking is available throughout the park. Please consider carpooling to the event. Please do not park on Sunset Drive as you will not be permitted to enter the park on foot. Minooka Park has a short driveway before the park ranger building where the park entrance fee needs to be paid so arrive early.
Park Fee
There is a $4.00 entry fee per car or you can purchase a Waukesha County Park annual sticker. For information about purchasing a ticket see the Waukesha Country Parks website.
Weather / Refund
The event will be held rain, shine, snow or sleet unless sever weather occurs. In the event of severe weather, the race director may delay or cancel the event. If the event is canceled, there will be no refunds. Silver Circle Sports Events, LLC has a NO REFUND policy.
