The 5k and 2-mile family fun walk will start at 8am and the 1-mile will start at 9am.
Race proceeds benefit the Rome Salvation Army's Emergency Shelter
The Run for the Homeless is an annual event that benefits the Rome Salvation Army Emergency Shelter. The 5K will start at 8am on Redmond Road and wind through Summerville Park neighborhood before returning to Redmond Road for the finish. The 1-mile will will be an "out-and-back" course and will start at 9am in the same location as the 5k, proceed up Redmond Road to the turnaround point and return to the finish line. New this year is a 2-mile family fun walk starting at 8:00.
Registration deadline to be guaranteed a t-shirt is Friday May 5.
Race Day Registration opens at 7am and closes promptly at 7:45am.
