Save Youth Sports 5k & New Years Dash
Kick start your New Years Resolution with a new Family Tradition
WHO: Alrighty Folks. It's time to get serious about "2019". It is only a few days away and I want to ask you a question. Does it make sense to drag out at 11 at night on New Years Eve in 20 Degree weather to run or walk? Here's a much better idea. Party like a Rock Star until the ball drops then slide under the covers for a little shut eye. Roll out of the sack and join us at the Piedmont Triad Farmers Market for the Save Youth Sports 5k & New Years Dash. Run New Years Dash or let it all out in the 5k. The flattest 5k in the Triad. Run, Walk or Crawl. See you there and bring a bunch of friends and family. Online Registration Closes at 8 AM, Monday, December 31st. God Bless.......

help save local youth sports. Billions of dollars in funding has been cut from youth sports programs
across the nation in recent years, leaving millions of students unable to play. The DICK'S Sporting
Goods Foundation believes that sports make people better. Sports build character, increase
confidence, and motivate kids to stay in school and aim for higher education. Since 2014, the DICK'S
Sporting Goods Foundation has pledged over $50 million to give children the opportunity to play.
Through these efforts, our initiative has raised awareness of the importance of youth sports and saved
over 1,800 teams.
