Fallen Lineman Organization, NV Energy, Local Union 396, and Local Union 1245 are proud to present the Second Annual National Lineman Appreciation Day Lightin’ It Up for Linemen event.
Please join us on November 19, 2016 at Craig Ranch Park to celebrate these hard working men and women who work tirelessly to keep our lights on. The celebration will begin at 3:00 p.m. Festivities include fun and activities for children, a 5k run, a 1k family walk, a raffle, and a lantern release to honor all our fallen linemen.
With Lightin’ It Up for Linemen a Flashlight 5k and 1k walk, we hope to spread awareness of the Fallen Linemen Organization (FLO) and raise money to assist more families. The festivities are for people of all ages. We encourage those who live across the country to participate as well. Everyone (nationwide) has the option to run with us through the virtual world! Every runner will be able to run/walk from anywhere around the world!
