9/11 Tribute 5K Color Run

When: Saturday, September 7, 2019 (5K starts at 9:30 AM & Superhero Dash to follow the 5K)
Where: Covington Memorial Park, 7450 Church Street in Rural Hall
Why: To pay tribute to all who lost their lives in the tragic 9/11 terrorist attack on September 11, 2001 and raise money for the Rural Hall Fire Department Fire Prevention Program

Online registration is now CLOSED. Race Day packet pickup and registration will OPEN at the Covington Park Shelter at 8:00 AM and close promptly at 9:00 AM to prepare for our 9:30 AM start. See y'all there...............

Mark your calendar to join us for the inaugural running of our 9/11 Tribute 5K Color Run at beautiful Covington Park in Rural Hall. You can pre-register or register the morning of the race. If you don't plan to participate in the race, make plans to spectate and cheer on the runners!

This is a patriotic color run, so you will be doused with red, white and blue bursts of colors! Our 5K will be a chip-timed race that will start and finish at Covington Park (course map and description below) and the Superhero Dash that will follow the 5K (Dash registration does not include a t-shirt). It will be a half-mile track around Covington Park.

Calling all superheroes... we need you to DRESS for success to be eligible to win great prizes! So come dressed as your favorite superhero.
