Go for Mogogo is a family friendly 5k run/walk along the beautiful Savannah Rapids canal. The course will start at the headgates, have one turn around along the canala, and end accross the foot bridge. There will be one water station to offer water. At the finish line, runners will have refreshments of water, gatorade, oranges, bananas, and cookies. All registrations submitted by April 22, 2019 will receive a dry-fit race t-shirt, sports bag and goodies from our sponsors.
Packet pick-up will be on Friday April 26, 2019 at The Sanctuary Church (4584 Cox Rd Evans) 5:00pm - 7:00pm.
Race day packet pick-up will be 7:00am-7:30am. T-shirt sizes may be limited.
Integrity Foundation is a 501c3 organization that exists as a bridge to connect individuals, churches, businesses and organizations; to advocate for people around the world to help meet their spiritual, economic, social and physical needs while enabling them to become self-sufficient, responsible people.
Integrity foundation was founded in 2013 by Brian Byler and Marc Smith after a trip to Africa where they served with local orphanages. That trip played a large role in the formation of the Integrity Foundation. Utilizing the connections & knowledge that they have obtained over the years, they have set their sights on raising money & continuing to travel to Africa to serve in the orphanages and hospitals in Kenya & Uganda.
The Integrity Foundation runs the Mogogosiek Baby Home in Bomet, Kenya and houses children from 0-6 years old. These children come from circumstances ranging from extreme poverty, the loss of one or both parents, and some are simply left to fend for themselves on the street. One thing is certain, if not for the Mogogosiek Baby Home they would be left to fend for themselves. That is where you have an opportunity to step in and make a difference. These children are taught from an early age, by word and example, how to interact with one another and how to become self-sufficient human beings.
