Join us at the 2nd Annual Block the Sun 5K and Kids Run.
Come out and join us for a 5K walk/run and kids run. The event is for melanoma awareness. This run/walk event is fun for the entire family. Kids 10 and under can run/ walk the 5K at a discounted price. Kids 5 and under can run a dash for free before the actual 5K begins! Beginning and ending at the Golden Gate Park, you can enjoy post race snacks and awards, then go play at the park!
Course
The course is fairly flat and, per the race director, is accessible to both strollers and wheelchairs.

5K through May 14th, 2017 is $25
5K May 15th through online registration close is $35
5K Race day registration is $35
5K for Kids 10 and under is $20
Kids Fun Run for kids 5 and under is free.
Register by 11:59pm on May 14, 2017 to be guaranteed an awesome T-shirt sporting the race logo. This year, you also have the option to upgrade to a performance shirt for an additional $5.
Online registration closes at 12pm on May 18th. Race day registration and packet pick up begins at 8am.
